Sound bath is a practice of mindful meditation listening to different sounds that help relax and heal the body. This experience varies from person to person leaving the experience unique to you. You may feel sensations in your body, certain parts of your body may feel tingles or chills. Sometimes different emotions that has been suppressed may come to surface. Some people are so relaxed they may enter into a deep sleep. This will be unique to whatever your body is craving. So, I encourage you to allow your body to relax and take whatever it needs. Sound meditation is a deeply immersive full body listening experience. The experience begins with each person lying down, relaxed, and eyes closed. With Intentions, Latissha plays sounds to invite gentle therapeutic and restorative processes in the mind and body. Being present in the moment allows the mind to hear different sounds and frequencies as they activate different parts of the body and brain.
