Sound Meditation Practitioner, Advocacy Coach and Registered Behavior Technician.

On my personal journey of healing my mind body and soul I experienced many emotions. I also started to feel physical burnout from the stress and anxiety of day-to-day expectations. Some days I was overwhelmed from my back-to-back schedule and working long hours. I didn’t understand that my body was functioning in a chronic fight or flight state.

I work as a trauma-based advocacy coach and was introduced to sound meditation as a calming regulation tool to utilize with students. I was instantly drawn to this style of meditation and could see how the benefits could help so many people. Sound is a tool that aids in meditation and deep relaxation, both physically and energetically.

After seeing great changes in my overall well-being, I felt it was part of my journey to share this medicine with others. I wanted to help people move from a fight flight state to a rest and digest state. This would allow their body a chance to recharge, release stress and heal. It became my mission to help others to truly experience relaxation with sound.
